Job summary

Flextronics Technology (Penang) Sdn Bhd in Prai, Penang, is seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering customer-focused products and services. You will guide development and implementation of project, pricing and program strategies to continue delivering value to the business and its customers.

Responsibilities include organizing schedules and budgets, tracking key metrics, negotiating contracts when required, and ensuring product lifecycle activities align with P&L

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in program administration/management
• Experience with cost analysis, budgeting, or financial planning is a plus
• Demonstrates advanced operations, technical and people/process skills and customer relationship skills

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track relevant metrics and drive actions based on results.
• In charge of contract negotiations as required.
• Oversee interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of product development timelines and business metrics.
• Manage staffing plans and recruitment for program phases.
• Coordinate product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction.
