Job summary

Flex is seeking a Program Administrator in Prai, Penang to support teams building products. You’ll review proposals, define plans, allocate resources and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.

You will prepare reports for management, help develop program metrics and occasionally travel to customer locations. A Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in manufacturing or related fields are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 7 years in manufacturing or related industry.
• Advanced functional, technical and people/process management skills with customer relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review program proposals/plans to define timeframes, resources and scope.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans.
• Lead cross-team efforts to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Prepare program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• Assist in developing and tracking program metrics.
• Occasional travel to customer locations and sites for project needs.
