Job summary

Flex is a global leader in diversified manufacturing, based in Penang, Malaysia. The Program Manager will lead a cross-functional team to deliver customer-focused products and services, guiding development and implementation of project strategies to continue delivering value.

Based in Perai, you will coordinate schedules, budgets and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to business metrics while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in program administration/management.
• Strong operations, technical and people/process skills.
• Knowledge of multiple functional technologies/processes and site interdependencies.
• Accountability for the program wellness.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.
• Track metrics and drive action items based on results.
• Support contract negotiations as required.
• Coordinate interdepartmental activities to meet product development timelines and quality targets.
• Plan staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment or assignment.
• Manage product lifecycle coordination with P&L and customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main communication channel for customers and escalate issues as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction reviews and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with customers.
• Ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with new and existing customers.
• Oversee production site readiness for projects, costs and related matters.
