Qualifications

• Typically requires 11 or more years of industry experience with at least 10 years in Operations Management at an Executive level.
• Medium ability to command MS Office.
• Advanced knowledge in Finance and administration.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, organize, monitor, and evaluate maintenance and upkeep of the plant.
• Direct organizational goals and actively participate in improvement plans.
• Maintain profitability and establish strategic objectives.
