Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Program Administrator located in Prai, Penang to support our extraordinary teams building great products. You will review program proposals, define timelines, allocate resources, and coordinate across departments to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead cross-functional activities, prepare executive reports, and drive continuous improvement. Occasional travel to customer locations is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or related industry.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing or related industry.
• Advanced functional, technical and people/process management skills and strong customer relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing program proposals to define timeframes, procedures, staffing and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans and responsibilities.
• Drive and coordinate projects with the Customer Focus Team to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
