Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering with manufacturing production line experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead process engineers and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day sustaining issues such as yield loss or machine downtime.
• Directly communicate with customers on activities and projects.
• Involved in preventive maintenance and tooling management.
• Work with Manufacturing to prioritize urgent/revenue lots and pipeline items.
• Plan line activities and manpower with Manufacturing.
• Maintain and monitor process parameters for stability.
• Familiar with 8D, FMEA, OCAP, and Control Plan tools.
