Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift operations of the end-to-end assembly process.
• Manage SMT, Die Attach, Wirebond, Mold, Laser Mark, Plating, Ball Mount and AOI.
• Plan production scheduling and resource allocation in a high-mix, low-volume environment.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operators and technicians.
• Headcount planning, shift scheduling, performance evaluations, and cross-training.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process Engineering, Maintenance and Supply Chain.
