Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering solutions company, seeks a Process Engineering leader for our Malaysia facility to drive efficiency, integrity, and continuous improvement. The role champions data-driven optimization and mentoring of technicians across lines.

You will guide machine performance, support tooling and DFMs, and collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to sustain manufacturing excellence and deliver high yields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or 5 years related experience.
• Experience leading teams in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Process Engineering department with focus on efficiency and integrity.
• Direct Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on lines and guide optimization.
• Train technicians on equipment maintenance, programming, and PD file creation.
• Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to implement corrective actions.
• Ensure data integrity, backups, and compliance across lines.
