Job summary

APRPM in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a production site supervisor to manage daily line operations, coordinate materials and personnel, and ensure on-time production with quality records. The role requires 2+ years’ experience, strong data focus, and leadership across a multilingual team.

You will implement 5S and maintain a safe, organized area while supporting training and attendance processes, fostering efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have training in production management and related processes.
• More than 2 years’ experience in the primary role of a production line, with staff management.
• Strong data-oriented mindset and proactive learning attitude.
• Proficient in operating computer office software (MS Office).
• Good coordination and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Malay, Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily production site of the production line, including overseeing production employees and ensuring production plans are completed.
• Arrange materials, personnel, tooling, fixtures, work instructions and the working environment before production according to the organization.
• Complete production tasks on time and in quantity; maintain production records and report issues to the supervisor.
• Strictly implement 5S activities and maintain cleanliness of the production area.
• Coordinate interpersonal relations within the line, improve line efficiency, ensure compliance with company rules, and assist in attendance tracking and training.
