Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and retention of Line Managers and MIT’s.
• Coach Line Managers and MIT’s in interviewing/hiring processes.
• Develop training curricula for area of responsibility.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational metrics and costs.
• Set clear goals and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Coordinate large team activities and crisis response.
