Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview and hire Industrial and Engineering staff.
• Coach staff in interviewing/hiring and develop succession plans.
• Set clear measurable goals and evaluate team performance.
• Drive cost reduction through process and system improvements.
• Forecast department headcount and manage budgets.
• Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives and drive best practices.
