Job summary

Jabil, a global engineering and manufacturing partner, seeks a production specialist to develop and implement production and processing methods ensuring quality standards for new and existing assembly/molding processes. You will monitor the production line and troubleshoot quality issues as needed.

Role requires startup of projects, process control, documentation, and continuous improvement of yields and setup efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with personal computers and MS Office required.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement startup of new/existing projects to optimize cost, efficiency and quality.
• Establish and ensure process control with proper documentation.
• Monitor assembly/molding processes in production and troubleshoot quality issues.
• Establish processes for new product lines and evaluate performance.
• Debug moderately complex problems in new systems and tooling.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and support safety programs.
