The role focuses on guiding Technicians, optimizing machine performance, and mentoring the engineering team.

The successful candidate will oversee process optimization, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to data-driven decision-making in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years related experience in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience leading a manufacturing/engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Directs Manufacturing Engineering Technicians on assigned lines to optimize machine and process efficiency.
• Provides training on equipment maintenance, repair, machine programming, and PD file creation.
• Interfaces with Line Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers to implement corrective actions for improved yields and efficiency.
• Ensures data integrity with regular program and PD backups across lines in the plant(s).
• May cover MET duties when needed and assist with DFM improvements.
