Job summary

GLS Precision Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an HR & Admin Executive in Malim Jaya Melaka to support payroll, admin duties, and HR operations in a growing manufacturing setting.

The role covers payroll administration, foreign worker management, recruitment and employee relations, training coordination, and compliance with labour laws, with focus on accurate records and timely reporting. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR or related field with 4–5 years HR & Admin experience.
• Knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing, OT, claims, salary adjustments and statutory contributions; maintain HR records and letters.
• Manage foreign worker quota, work permits, visa/pass and related documentation; liaise with agencies and authorities.
• Oversee full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
• Coordinate internal and external training and HR reporting (headcount, turnover, attendance, training).
• Handle admin tasks including shipments, licensing, customs, and licensing renewals.
