Job summary

Goldpar Precision is seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to manage daily HR operations, payroll, recruitment, training and employee welfare in Malaysia. The role also covers disciplinary handling, foreign worker management, and compliance with Employment Act and labour regulations.

You will coordinate audits, support ESG initiatives, and liaise with government authorities to ensure timely renewals and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in HR with 3+ years in a similar role.
• Experience in HR operations, payroll, attendance, recruitment and training.
• Knowledge of Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law and foreign worker management.

Responsibilities

• Involve in day-to-day HR operations, policies, attendance, payroll, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Handle disciplinary procedures including issuing letters and show-cause notices.
• Manage full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Liaise with managers for training needs and administer HRDF grants and provider liaising.
• Oversee office administration, 5S, asset management and vendor invoicing.
• Oversee foreign worker management including permits, visas, hostel and transport.
• Ensure compliance with government departments (EPF, SOCSO, IRB, Immigration).
• Coordinate social compliance audits and maintain audit documentation.
