Job summary

Hakko Products, based in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a resourceful Sales Engineer to drive growth across equipment and solution sales. You will source new customers, strengthen the brand, and manage relationships with industrial clients, leveraging your engineering background and strong communication skills.

You will conduct sales visits, present product demonstrations, develop tailored proposals, and help expand the local market.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in equipment or solution sales in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Own vehicle for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by developing and directing effective sales channels.
• Plan and conduct sales visits and customer calls to build relationships and expand the customer base.
• Provide product demonstrations and maintenance services to clients.
• Propose product solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Develop and manage the local market and execute new marketing initiatives.
• Build quality relationships with customers and managers for long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on market changes to anticipate customer needs.
