Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups through email, phone, and other communication channels.
• Process sales orders, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order progress and provide customers with updates on production and shipment schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of customer orders, contracts, and related documentation; prepare reports as required.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and shortages.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth.
