AGENSI PEKERJAAN TRUST RECRUIT SDN. BHD. seeks a Manufacturing Customer Relation professional in the plastics sector to manage orders, credit checks, and SAP-driven processes.

You will coordinate with sales teams to optimize order handling and ensure timely delivery while maintaining documentation and customer communication. Requirements include 3–5 years in a similar role, strong MS Office and SAP knowledge, and fluency in English plus local language.

Responsabilités

• Creation of orders and activation of confirmations/ OA awareness.
• Assess customer creditworthiness for open orders/invoices exceeding credit limit.
• Upload customer's purchase order to SAP (attachment).
• Monitor and adapt open orders: scheduling agreements, consignment stocks.
• Billing and credit note handling and pro-forma invoices where applicable.
• Initiate service and transport complaints via SAP and gather information.
• Close collaboration with Area Sales Manager and ISR/Account Manager.

Manufacturing Customer Relation (Plastic Polymer Industry)

• Creation of order and activating of corresponding order confirmations and/or order acknowledgement / OA Awareness of Target Price Achievement (4-Eye-Principle) Optimize lot sizes (stock awareness), including adjusting the offer/order in line with the current customer agreement
• Assessing the customer creditworthiness (in alignment with ASM/AM/ISR) in case of open orders/invoices exceeding credit limit
• Utilize sales cockpit to manage ATP checks
• Uploading customer's purchase order to SAP (attachment)
• Monitor and adapt open orders: scheduling agreements, consignment stocks & volume contracts
• Creation of liability agreements in case of deliveries ahead of schedule for Mocom produced material
• Provision of customer specific documents
• Customer care (like passing on information regarding deliveries and other issues o Allocation: Communication of the allocated quantity to the customer o Provision of longterm supplier declarations
• Billing and credit note handling and creation of pro-forma invoices (where applicable, e.g. no in-house accounting)
• Initiate service and transport complaints via SAP ensuring relevant information is gathered and entered prior to QM handling
• Cover other area for CSR in the event of sickness, holidays etc.

• Pursuing the company's QM goals within one's area of responsibility
• Be aware of Krahn Code of Conduct and comply with all aspects and guidelines
• Avoid any situations which might conflict with anti-trust guidelines
• Report any suspected fraudulent activity to CFO

Accountabilities

• Close contact with Area Sales Manager and ISR/Account Manager to ensure strong team ethic.
• Proactively identify & make recommendations for improvements in all relevant areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship/training or Bachelor degree
• Language skills (good English and local language)

Experience

• Good MS Office and SAP knowledge
• Basic knowledge of plastic materials / industry
• 3 – 5 years in similar position
