Job summary

ELS Language Centres (ELSI Sdn Bhd) invites applications for a Student Advisor to join the Enrolment & Admissions team. You will guide prospective students through enrolment, build relationships, and achieve monthly targets in a dynamic, international education environment.

The role emphasizes sales, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer experiences on-site at our Damansara Perdana HQ in Malaysia. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma, degree, or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales experience; education sector is an advantage.
• Strong proficiency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused, confident, resilient; able to handle rejection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (HubSpot) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage prospective student enquiries from initial contact through to enrolment.
• Build relationships with prospective students while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Conduct sales consultations and appointments, present suitable programmes, and confidently close enrolments.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Maintain strong knowledge of ELS programmes, services, and enrolment processes.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to prospective students.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to student recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM system.
• Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.
• Follow up consistently and effectively to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Manage sales administration and ensure enrolment documentation and records are completed accurately.
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development to improve sales and communication skills.
