Job summary

eLS LANGUAGE CENTRES is seeking a results-driven Student Advisor to join the Enrolment & Admissions team. You will guide prospective students through enrolment, build relationships, identify opportunities, and hit monthly targets.

You will work with diverse clients in an international education environment, focusing on sales, relationship-building, and outstanding service before and after enrolment. Immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience; education sector is a plus.
• Strong communication in English and Arabic, both spoken and written.
• Able to build relationships and close enrolments.
• Comfortable presenting programmes and delivering consultations.

Responsibilities

• Nurture prospective student enquiries from first contact to enrolment.
• Build relationships with prospects while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Conduct sales consultations, present programmes, and close enrolments.
• Achieve monthly sales and enrolment targets.
• Maintain knowledge of ELS programmes and enrolment processes.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective students.
• Identify new sales opportunities and support recruitment initiatives.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and report on activity and progress.
• Follow up to maximise conversions; handle sales admin and documentation.
