Job summary

MyFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is recruiting a Sales Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) on behalf of a global materials manufacturer serving semiconductors, LED, LCD, and PV industries. You will manage technical customer enquiries, prepare quotations, and drive new business while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires a chemical engineering degree and 2–5 years in technical or B2B sales, with Mandarin proficiency and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
2–5 years of technical or B2B sales experience.
Experience in chemicals, industrial gases, semiconductors, electronics or manufacturing is an advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with overseas headquarters.
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-management skills.
Willing to travel for customer visits when required.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

Manage customer enquiries and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals and product documentation.
Develop new customers and maintain existing business relationships.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payment collection.
Coordinate with the technical, production, logistics and overseas headquarters teams.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
