Job summary

MYFutureJobs Negeri Sembilan is hiring a Sales Engineer (Mandarin speaker) for our client, a global manufacturer in high-purity electronic materials. The role is based in Sendayan TechValley, Seremban, with a monthly salary of RM4,000–RM5,000 and requires Mandarin fluency.

Responsibilities include handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, developing new business, conducting visits and negotiations, and coordinating with technical, production, logistics, and overseas teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of technical or B2B sales experience.
• Experience in chemicals, industrial gases, semiconductors, electronics or manufacturing is an advantage.
• Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with overseas headquarters.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product documentation.
• Develop new customers and maintain existing business relationships.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
• Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payment collection.
• Coordinate with the technical, production, logistics and overseas headquarters teams.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare sales forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market developments and identify new business opportunities.
