Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking a Mandarin-speaking sales engineer in Perai, Malaysia, to promote and sell renewable energy products and solutions. You will build strong relationships with customers and partners, present product updates, and develop new leads to achieve targets.

The role involves visiting clients, preparing quotations, and expanding market territories, with close collaboration with suppliers. A 5-day workweek and attractive remuneration are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering / Facilities (factory) / M&E Consultant / IT Infrastructure / UPS / Data Center/ business development and marketing knowledge preferable.
• More than 2 years’ experience in renewable energy products sales or related field.
• Knowledge in Solar Inverter System, EV Charger, Energy Storage System will be value added.
• Able to demonstrate and present company’s products /services /solutions effectively to customers and business partners.
• Good knowledge in measurement, commercial pricing and preparation of bill of quantity.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell company’s products/services/solutions to existing and new customers to achieve personal sales target.
• Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and new customers and business partners.
• Provide product technology update presentations to customers and business partners.
• Solicit and develop new sales leads, provide suggestions and offer the most appropriate solution to customers and business partners.
• Follow up on sales inquiries and provide quotations to customers and business partners.
• Aggressively visit new and potential customers and consultants to seize new projects and specify product specifications into the Bill of Materials/Quantities.
• Develop new market territories, plan for marketing events and work closely with product suppliers and principals.
