Job summary

LinkAxia Networks in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager – Application & Data Security (Mandarin speaker) to bridge sales, customers, and delivery partners. You will design technical proposals, BOMs, and high-level designs, and lead PoCs and RFx responses for security opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years in IT pre-sales, a bachelor’s in CS/IT/cybersecurity, Mandarin proficiency, and the ability to align solutions with budgets and licensing models.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years’ IT pre-sales experience.
• Experience designing BOMs and High-Level Designs for security solutions.
• Proven ability to respond to RFx (RFP/RFI) for security deals.
• Ability to align technical solutions with budgets, ROI, and licensing.
• Independent, proactive in owning pre-sales cycles.
• Strong communication with Mandarin-speaking customers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Design technical proposals, BOMs, and HLDs for security solutions.
• Conduct PoCs and respond to RFx for security opportunities.
• Align solutions with budgets, ROI, and vendor licenses.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with roadmaps.
• Lead training sessions for resellers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and partner teams.
