Job summary

Zohorecruit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is seeking a technical pre-sales specialist to partner with Sales, assess customer needs, and craft CDN and cloud-security solutions. You will lead technical demonstrations and help design architectures tailored to client requirements.

You will deliver POCs, respond to RFQs/RFPs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to influence product roadmaps. Travel locally and internationally required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin language proficiency (spoken and written) required.
• 3–10 years in customer-facing pre-sales or post-sales roles.
• Solid knowledge of CDN, DNS, HTTP, DDoS, TCP/IP and networking basics; Linux familiarity.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to provide technical consultation during pre-sales engagements, including evaluations, objections, troubleshooting, and follow-up.
• Design and propose solutions covering CDN, Dynamic Acceleration, DNS, DDoS Protection, WAF, Bot Management and related cloud/network security offerings.
• Develop technical documents and POCs, and provide technical responses for RFQs/RFPs and tenders.
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations showing CDN and security integrations into customer architectures.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to relay customer requirements and feedback for roadmaps.
• Support and develop understanding of emerging products including AI Gateway and related infrastructure solutions.

Job Description

• Partner with the Sales team to provide technical consultation and solution qualification during the pre-salesengagement process, including technical evaluations, objection handling, troubleshooting, and customerfollow-up.
  
• Design and propose solutions based on customer requirements, primarily covering CDN, DynamicAcceleration, DNS, DDoS Protection, WAF, Bot Management, and other cloud/network security solutions.
  
• Develop technical solution documents and proposals, conduct Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and providetechnical responses for RFQs/RFPs and tenders.
  
• Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations, explaining how CDN and security solutionscan be integrated into customers' architectures and operations.
  
• Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Business teams to communicatecustomer requirements and provide feedback for product development and technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
