Job summary

Amillex Global in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Operations Executive / Intern to join our KL office. You will support client onboarding, KYC reviews, and daily operations in a fast-paced trading environment.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the internship or full-time track.

Qualifications

• Mandarin-speaking (Chinese) is mandatory as we target Mandarin-speaking market.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts (5 working days per week).

Responsibilities

• Review and verify client KYC documents.
• Ensure onboarding meets regulatory and internal standards.
• Assist clients with account opening procedures.
• Handle account amendments and platform setup.
• Respond to client enquiries in Mandarin & English (WeChat / Telegram / Email).
• Guide clients on trading conditions and platform usage.
• Work with Sales to ensure smooth client experience.
• Support Sales with daily operational matters.
• Prepare basic operational reports (KYC status, account updates, checklists).
• Assist in improving SOPs and workflow efficiency.
