TP Malaysia is seeking a Mandarin-speaking HR Business Partner to join our team at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor. This onsite role partners with business leaders to drive people strategies within a dynamic BPO setting.

The ideal candidate will have HRBP or HR generalist experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and excellent communication for guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. Collaboration with recruitment, L&D, and other HR teams is essential.

Competenze

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English.
• Previous HR Business Partner or HR generalist experience.
• Experience in the BPO industry is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite at Medini 9, Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
