Nexpipo in PJ, Malaysia is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions in a growing software and technology company. You will partner with management on HR strategy, talent acquisition, engagement, performance, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of HR experience with strong experience in HR operations and strategic HR business partnering, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of HR experience, preferably in software, technology, IT consulting, or professional services.
• Strong experience in HR operations and strategic HR business partnering.
• Experience with recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
• Excellent command of English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals.
• Partner with management on workforce planning, organisational development, performance, and employee matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles and build a strong talent pipeline.
• Drive onboarding, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and career development.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
• Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, leave, benefits, employee records, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and analyse headcount, turnover, recruitment, and engagement data.
• Improve HR processes through HRIS, digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
