Job summary

TP in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a customer service role in a dynamic global BPO environment. You will handle inquiries via multiple channels and provide accurate, professional assistance to customers.

The position requires Mandarin (C1) and English (B1) proficiency, with a preference for individuals with BPO experience and stable employment history. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and the salary is up to RM4,500/month.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency at C1 level for communicating with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• English proficiency at B1 level for understanding and communicating in English.
• SPM qualification or above required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or other channels.
• Provide accurate information and professional assistance.
• Resolve issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
• Follow up on requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and cases.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Follow company policies, procedures and service standards.
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet assigned customer service and performance KPIs.
