You will communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering proactive support while coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction. Onsite in Johor, rotating shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates; relevant customer service experience is an advantage.
• Mandarin language proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B1 level.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Able to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks.
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Johor.
• Willing to work according to rotating shifts where required.

Responsibilities
