Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and international shipments.
• Check Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists and other docs.
• Follow up for missing documents and approvals before deadlines.
• Coordinate with customs clearance and haulage teams.
• Maintain shipment records and timely customer updates.
• Communicate with clients, service providers and internal teams.
