Job summary

Anverson Nutraceutical Laboratories Sdn Bhd invites a Finance and Administration Executive (Malim, Melaka) to manage monthly bank reconciliations, invoicing, debtor and creditor ledgers, and payments.

The role requires a Diploma in Accountancy with at least 3 years’ accounts experience, proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and strong Excel skills. You will ensure accurate reporting, maintain confidentiality, and support various admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accountancy required.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounts.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
• Experience using accounting software and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, petty cash, debtors and creditors.
• Manage incoming payments: invoicing, data input, and reporting on delinquent accounts.
• Process accounts payable and coordinate timely payments.
• Liaise with sales on invoicing and payments; update reporting templates.
• Provide administrative support to Owner and other functions; maintain confidentiality.
• Organised, thorough, and able to multitask with strong time management.
