Job summary

Anverson Drinkware Sdn Bhd in Malim, Melaka is seeking a Finance and Administration Executive to support daily accounting and admin tasks in a busy office environment. You will handle bank reconciliations, invoicing, payments, reporting, and liaising with internal teams.

A Diploma in Accountancy with 3+ years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required. Meticulous attention to detail, confidentiality, multitasking ability, and solid knowledge of MS

Qualifications

Diploma in Accountancy required.
Minimum 3 years' experience in accounts.
Experience with different types of accounting software.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Attention to detail and high accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out professional duties in accounting and administration.
Liaise with staff and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, credit cards, petty cash, debtors, creditors).
Process invoices, payments, data input, and reporting on delinquent accounts.
Manage accounts payable and coordinate timely payments; resolve discrepancies.
Support Owner and other functions with administrative tasks.
Keep reporting templates updated and inform superiors promptly.
