Qualifications

• Mandarin C1 level proficiency.
• English reading, writing, speaking and listening at B2 level.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and PCs.
• Strong curiosity for technology and continuous learning.
• Analytical ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for post-order inquiries, delivery updates, payments, product pre-orders, and general questions.
• Answer questions on order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet standards for call quality reports, audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Maintain awareness of the client's products, services, and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support operations.
