Job summary

CB Talents in Kuala Lumpur is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists to support orders, delivery, payment, product information, pre-orders, and general inquiries. You will communicate primarily in Mandarin, with English in a professional working environment, and you will join an international support team on-site in Kuala Lumpur.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and call center experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Mandarin (C1 level) proficiency required.
• English proficiency at least B2 (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree/diploma encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product information, pre-orders, and general questions.
• Answer questions about order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer interactions per client service standards.
• Meet standards for call quality reports, audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of client-supported products and services.
