Job summary

CB Talents is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists for our client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will provide customer support for orders, delivery, payment, product information, pre-orders, and general inquiries, communicating primarily in Mandarin with English in a professional working environment.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. On-site in Kuala Lumpur; call center experience is not mandatory but advantageous.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency at C1 level.
• English proficiency at B2 level in reading, writing, speaking and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in any discipline.
• Minimum 6 months of customer support experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant degree or diploma are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile devices and PCs is helpful.
• Strong curiosity about technology and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for inquiries related to orders, delivery, payment, product information, and pre-orders.
• Answer questions about order status, changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional customer interactions adhering to client service standards.
• Meet call quality, audits, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain knowledge of client-supported products and systems.
• Accurately record customer information in internal systems.
• Follow training, procedures, and quality guidelines in every interaction.
• Stay aware of the client's products, services and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in operations.
