CB Talents is hiring Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Specialists for our client in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will provide customer support for orders, delivery, payment, and product information, communicating mainly in Mandarin with English in a professional environment.

On-site role in Kuala Lumpur; fresh graduates are welcome. Call center experience is not mandatory but advantageous; candidates with strong communication and tech curiosity will thrive.

Qualifications

• C1 level Mandarin proficiency.
• B2 level English proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
• Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for inquiries related to post-order issues, delivery updates, payment information, product pre-orders, product pre-screening calls, and general customer questions.
• Assist customers by answering questions related to order status, order changes, and delivery timeframes.
• Deliver professional and high-quality customer interactions based on client service standards.
• Meet required standards for call quality reports, call audits, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of client-supported products.
• Accurately record customer information and required data in internal systems.
• Follow training, operational procedures, and quality guidelines in every customer interaction.
• Maintain awareness of the client's products, services, and strengths in the industry.
• Contribute to service quality and continuous improvement in customer support operations.
