Qualifications

- Proactive, detail-oriented with willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone and online channels.
- Assist sales team with quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up.
- Process orders, billing support, and update customer records.
- Maintain customer information and communication history.
- Generate leads and report to sales team.
- Help prepare scripts, FAQs, product information, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with internal team to improve service processes.
