Job summary

MYXO COMPANY SDN. BHD. in Sabah, Malaysia is hiring for a customer service and sales support role. You will assist customers in selecting products, engage to drive sales, and handle orders and payments for key customers.

Respond to inquiries on Facebook and WhatsApp, prepare daily invoices and delivery orders, and update records in the system. This position requires good communication in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English, and a willingness to work overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma and/or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin proficiency preferred.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Must be IT literate and ISO literate.
• Physically fit, able to work overtime and on holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting products and drive sales through engagement.
• Respond to customer questions via Facebook and Whatsapp.
• Process key customers orders and payments; update invoices and delivery orders.
• Prepare daily sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders.
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers; follow quality service standards.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, rules, and regulations.
