BTL EDUCATION (KL) SDN BHD is seeking a responsible Sales Admin to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily sales operations in Kuala Lumpur.

The role involves handling inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and social media, following up with customers, and maintaining accurate sales records and databases. Fresh graduates are welcome; bilingual merit (Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia) is an advantage.

Qualifications

Experience in Sales Admin, Customer Service or Sales Support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Fresh graduates welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and social media.
Follow up with potential and existing customers professionally.
Assist the sales team with quotations, invoices, payment records and documentation.
Update and maintain customer information, sales records and databases.
Coordinate customer appointments, course registrations and schedules.
Follow up on payments and outstanding matters.
Provide administrative support to the sales and management team.
Prepare basic sales reports and track customer follow-up progress.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Perform other administrative duties when required.
