Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking a commercially driven Centre Manager in Kuala Lumpur to lead operations and drive growth for an education centre. You will own the business, manage a high-performing team, and push revenue targets through effective sales and customer relationships.

The role demands ownership mindset, strong leadership, and the ability to work with budgets and P&L data to improve centre performance. Mandarin communication is required to engage with parents and clients.

Qualifications

• 3-8 years in supervisory/branch management or business operations.
• Experience in Education, Tuition, Enrichment, Childcare, Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Healthcare, or Wellness is an advantage.
• Strong sales capabilities with a track record of targets or KPIs.
• Comfortable with budgets, financial reports, and basic P&L data.
• Mandarin language proficiency required for communication with Mandarin-speaking parents and clients.

Responsibilities

• Drive student enrolment, revenue growth and centre performance.
• Follow up on enquiries, manage leads, and convert prospects into registrations.
• Improve renewal rates and strengthen parent relationships to reduce attrition.
• Execute local marketing initiatives and build referral networks for brand awareness.
• Lead, coach, schedule and develop teaching and administrative staff.
• Oversee daily centre operations for smooth service delivery.
• Monitor expenses and budgets, taking ownership of the centre's P&L.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students and the local community.
• Develop team capabilities and prepare future leaders for expansion.
