Job summary

Little Master Sungai Ara in Penang is seeking a Centre Supervisor to deliver high-quality service to parents and oversee classroom operations. You will handle inquiries, monitor student progress and coordinate daily centre tasks.

The role requires strong Mandarin communication, planning and leadership to mentor staff, manage marketing efforts and maintain the safety and cleanliness of the centre. Previous teaching or management in an education centre is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Malay, English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication skills, especially in Mandarin.
• Good planning and execution abilities.
• At least 1 year teaching experience or full-time management in an education centre.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to parents by handling course inquiries and progress updates.
• Respond promptly to parents' concerns including fee payment and replacement class.
• Supervise teachers and maintain teaching quality.
• Build rapport with parents, students and staff.
• Manage centre daily ad hoc responsibilities.
• Handle administrative duties such as data housekeeping and WhatsApp/Facebook messages.
• Attend management meetings and submit weekly reports.
• Assist in marketing planning and promote the centre via social media.
• Focus on teamwork, staff training and team leadership.
• Oversee the upkeep of the building, safety, cleanliness and facilities.

Handling administrative duty such as data housekeeping and attending to WhatsApp / Facebook messages

Attend management meeting and submit weekly report to the management

Responsible in marketing planning and promote the centre via social media for business development

Focus on teamwork, staff training and team leading

Overseeing the upkeep of the building (safety, cleanliness and facilities in good condition)

Job requirements:

Proficiency in Malay/English/Mandarin (key).

Applicant must be good understanding and communication skills especially in Mandarin.

Good planning and execution skills

Have at least 1 year teaching experience or full-time management role in education centre
