Job summary

Nexpipo in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Junior Business Development Executive fluent in Mandarin to drive new business for our influencer marketing campaigns. You will identify opportunities, build client relationships, and present campaign solutions to brands and agencies.

You will work with the influencer management team to match suitable KOLs to client objectives, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and help reach sales targets while staying current on industry trends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, digital marketing, or influencer marketing.
• Mandarin proficiency is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Experience working with brands, advertising agencies, or influencer marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to develop new business opportunities and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for influencer marketing and KOL campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with brands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies.
• Present influencer marketing strategies and campaign proposals to prospective clients.
• Work closely with the influencer management team to recommend suitable KOLs based on clients' campaign objectives.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and campaign recommendations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to clients.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and industry developments.
