Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for a growing F&B business with multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, training, and workforce planning while partnering with outlet teams and senior management.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, 5+ years HR experience (2+ in management), and a track record across multi-outlet environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/BA/Management or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multi-outlet environments (F&B, hospitality, retail).
• Strong recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management skills.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple F&B outlets and corporate functions.
• Lead manpower planning, headcount requirements, workforce deployment and recruitment strategies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, handbooks, and HR processes.
• Ensure HR practices comply with regulations and business needs.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for both outlet and corporate roles.
• Manage onboarding and employee integration processes.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns.
• Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, and employee records; ensure statutory submissions.
• Drive performance management, training, and development across outlets and corporate teams.
• Partner with senior management on HR strategies and workforce planning.
• Support organizational changes, new outlet openings, and HR reporting.
