Job summary

Nexpipo is seeking a driven Operations cum Sales Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and student enrolment at our education centre. This hands-on role combines centre operations, sales, customer relationship management and team leadership to drive performance and ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years supervisory, sales, operations, or team leadership experience.
• Background in Education / Tuition / Enrichment / Childcare or related fields.
• Sales target management and ability to convert leads.
• Strong leadership, organisation, and multi-tasking.
• Excellent communication with parents and students.
• Mandarin proficiency is required.
• Willingness to be hands-on in front-end sales and back-end operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive new student enrolment and hit monthly targets.
• Follow up enquiries, conduct centre tours, convert leads.
• Monitor attendance, renewal rates, and reduce attrition.
• Build strong relationships with parents and students.
• Oversee daily operations of the centre.
• Supervise and schedule teachers and staff.
• Coach and develop team to improve service and sales.
• Support local marketing, events, and outreach.
• Track KPIs: enrolment, conversion, attendance, and satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management.
