Job summary

ECOWARE INTERNATIONAL (M) SDN. BHD is seeking a Customer Support professional based in Shah Alam, Malaysia. You will handle inquiries, process orders, quotes and invoices, and coordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

You will maintain product knowledge, use internal systems to check stock and pricing, and support cross-functional teams to keep the order flow smooth. Mandarin fluency is essential along with English and Malay communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Melayu.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on products, orders and delivery status.
• Process customer orders and sales documentation including sales orders, quotations, and invoices; coordinate with warehouse and logistics for delivery.
• Maintain basic knowledge of products and SOP; use internal systems to check stock status, pricing, and order records.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, purchasing and accounts to ensure smooth order flow; follow up on pending issues with internal teams.
• Ensure accurate record keeping of customer documents and transactions; assist in preparing basic reports.
• Support ISO 9001:2015 documentation and audits tasks.
