WINTOO TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. seeks a dynamic B2B/field sales professional to expand customer footprints in the Malaysia market. You will source accounts, conduct live solutions demonstrations, and lead price negotiations to close win-win deals.

Collaboration with Marketing and Product teams will align offerings to client needs. Local travel across the territory is required. The role emphasizes a target-driven mindset, excellent communication, and a strong self-motivation to hit sales milestones

Proven track record in B2B/field sales, business development, or client management.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted territory sales plans to expand Wintoo’s customer footprint and achieve sales goals.
Source new prospective accounts via cold call outreach, networking events, and industry expos.
Conduct live solution presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client requirements.
Gather market feedback, competitor activities, and industry insights to inform future strategy.
Lead contract discussions and price negotiations to deliver win-win sales agreements.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product) to align solutions with client demands.
Track pipeline activity, record client contacts, and update account progress consistently in the CRM system.
Maintain deep product knowledge to answer inquiries and advise clients effectively.
Ability to travel locally within assigned field territories.
