Job summary

HCL Technologies Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking a Production Support professional in Kuala Lumpur for a full-time role. The candidate will support production systems and applications, requiring Mandarin proficiency to assist a diverse client base and collaborate with international teams.

Responsibilities include supporting BAU applications, handling production systems, troubleshooting with Oracle SQL and Java, and leveraging UNIX commands and WebLogic.

Qualifications

• Must understand BAU applications and production systems.
• Strong Oracle SQL knowledge for troubleshooting and tuning.
• Proficient in Java and scripting languages; experience with WebLogic.
• Familiar with UNIX commands; ready to learn operations.
• Experience with CI/CD tools is a plus.
• Able to troubleshoot production issues by log analysis to root cause.
• Willing to provide extended support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Should have a good understanding on BAU applications
• Should know how to handle Production system
• Strong foundations in oracle SQL, able to troubleshoot queries and finetune and for a new query as needed
• Good knowledge in Java and any scripting languages, and Also in WEB LOGIC
• Knowledge UNIX Commands, and able to learn and execute the operations
• Experience in any of the CI/CD tools is an added advantage.
• Should be able to troubleshoot the PROD issues by looking at the logs and determine the root cause.
• Should be ready to do the extended support for the team whenever needed
