Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a Player Support Specialist in Kuala Lumpur to deliver exceptional live chat and email support for gaming customers. You will identify needs, research issues, and provide strategic solutions to ensure resolution in line with service standards.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of related experience (fresh graduates welcome), strong time management, and excellent English and Chinese communication. The role requires comfort with multiple systems and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum education requirement as listed (SPM through higher degrees).
1+ year in related field preferred; fresh grads welcome.
Strong time management and multitasking capabilities are essential.
Strong verbal and written English and Chinese communication.
Comfortable with computers and learning new systems.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent support to customers via live chat and email in the gaming sector.
