TRANSCOSMOS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Customer Service Agent to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, live chat and other channels with professionalism and accuracy.

You will resolve issues, document interactions in the CRM, and strive to meet individual and team KPIs while maintaining a positive, client‑focused demeanor. Requirements include a Diploma (SPM welcome) and at least 6 months in a call centre role; fluency in Mandarin (Taiwanese Dialect)

Qualifications

Diploma or above; SPM graduates welcome.
Minimum 6 months of experience in call centre customer service is preferred.
Proficient in Mandarin (Taiwanese Dialect) or Cantonese (Hong Kong) for TW/HK markets.
Excellent verbal and written communication and professional demeanor.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn continuously.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other channels with timely and accurate responses.
Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff for resolution.
Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system with accuracy.
Contribute to improving service processes and protocols.
Work toward achieving individual and team performance goals, including response times and customer satisfaction scores.
